SHIPPING POLICY

  • We strongly recommend you to provide complete mailing address along with contact information to avoid unusual delays. Kindly note that we make use of well-reputed courier services and take full-responsibility until the product(s) reaches your safe hands within stipulated time in good condition*.
  • For domestic orders (throughout India), packaging and shipments charges are free of cost. For international orders, packaging and shipment charges are calculated based upon either volumetric or weight of the product(s) and delivery location which shall be intimated at the time of checkout.
  • Kindly note that any additional taxes (for domestic shipments) and depending upon the country of import (for international orders), our courier service may need to get clearance from the customs (including import duties for good(s), additional local taxes (if any) etc.,) shall be borne by the customer.
  • The products ordered through www.amalaambigai.com will be shipped within 1-2 business days (for both domestic and international orders) from the date of invoice.
  • Usually, it takes 4-7 business days (for domestic shipments) and 10-15 business days (for international shipments) for the clients to receive the product(s). Customers can also track their shipments using the tracking numbers whose complete information shall be provided to you via email/messaging.
  • In rare eventuality of unforeseen situations such as theft/accidents/natural disasters (such as heavy rain, floods, etc.,) the courier service will bear any loss in transit, only to an extent that may vary. In such situations, kindly co-operate with us to do the needful accordingly.
