Our exchange / return policy can be processed only within 7 days of delivery of the product(s).

All the product(s) must be unused, fold intact and unaltered carrying all the original labels and tags for it / them to eligible for the exchange / return policy. [Note: This also includes original invoice and product box with which it was delivered].

Upon product receipt and successful assessment and validation of the item(s) by our products service team, your claim for exchange / return would be processed or otherwise. Any additional costs (such as return shipment, payment gateway charges, etc.,) shall be borne by the customer.

In case of an exchanging the item(s), you can choose an alternative product from our website of your choice at the same price or higher and our customer service team would assist you in paying the difference amount. In case of returning the item(s), refund amount would be reflected in original mode of payment (excluding regular banking charges) within 7 business days.

In a very rare eventuality of any damaged / wrong product(s) shipment, kindly return the same and return shipping charges would be borne by Amala Ambigai.

Amala Ambigai reserves the right to decline an exchange / return request, if found invalid (such as good(s) that are not in original condition / missing invoice, statements that are insupportable etc.,) and our decision regarding this shall be final.

Kindly do not send the item(s) without prior acknowledgement from our representative and note that processing time for each customer may vary however we will do our very best.
