Ensure the longevity of your Amala Ambigai’s silk sarees by following these care instructions:
- Make sure that they’re wrapped in any clean cotton cloth while stacking it in your wardrobe (Kindly do not keep them inside the product box!).
- Your cupboard environment must be cool, dry and moderately ventilated.
- Ensure to protect them from any forms heat, heavy rain and long-exposure to direct sunlight.
- Make sure that they’re folded with intact every time to retain its sheen for years.
- They can be washed by following these procedures:

- 100% hand wash and cold water (usually 26.7 – 15 degree C) with rinse.
- First three cleaning, only in plain water.
- Usage of mild detergents/protein shampoos is recommended.
- Wash mundhi and borders separately.
- Dried immediately in the shades of sun-light [Cotton towel / cloth may help].

- They should not be washed / dried in conjunction with other fabrics.
- They should not be soaked / wrung / twisted under any circumstances.
- They should not be dried directly under sun-light.
- They should not be washed with warm (or) hot water.
- They should not be washed with brush.

- Medium-press iron with a cotton-cloth placed above is recommended.
